On Saturday, May 3, 2008, at 11 a.m. the Pipino Foundation and Drexel University will host the 16th Annual University City 5K Run. All proceeds from the run assist in providing scholarships to Drexel University students. RegistrationRegistration will take place at Drexel University, 3141 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. If you need directions, please click here.Parking is available at the "F" lot located behind the Drexel University Main Building at 31st and Ludlow Streets. All entrants will receive a commemorative race T-shirt. Starting/FinishingThe race will start promptly at 11a.m., with the starting line directly across from registration. At the conclusion of the race, awards will be given in the following categories:
and the top 3 male and female finishers in each of the following age groups:
Company trophies will be awarded to the top corporate team average. Please stay with us after the race for the Drexel University Alumni Family Picnic in the Drexel Quad from noon to 2 p.m. |
